A Career Built on Financial Mastery

Before embarking on his journey in real estate, Michael built a highly successful career in the financial sector. His professional foundation was laid at Equitable Life Insurance, where he began as a Financial Advisor. Michael’s focus was always client-first—he designed and implemented personalized strategies for individuals, families, and businesses, guiding them through complex wealth-building and protection decisions. Over time, he managed the portfolios of more than 1,500 households, overseeing more than $170 million in assets.

Michael’s financial advisory role involved more than numbers; it was about education and empowerment. He provided clients with a deep understanding of investment opportunities, led weekly seminars, and organized financial literacy events. By translating complex concepts into actionable guidance, Michael empowered his clients to pursue their financial goals with confidence and discipline. His service included comprehensive planning, market research, and the execution of trades—all performed with a dedication to long-term security and growth.

Leadership and Mentorship: Making an Impact

Recognized for his expertise and leadership skills, Michael advanced to the role of Vice President and joined the leadership team of the Boston office at Equitable Life. In management, he became a force for positive change, recruiting, training, and mentoring a new generation of advisors throughout New England. Michael’s vision was always bigger than himself; he worked to expand access to financial literacy and helped his team reach communities and business channels that were often underserved.

Under his direction, the Retirement Benefits Group earned national recognition, and several of Michael’s mentees moved into management themselves—a testament to his ability to nurture talent and foster professional growth. Throughout his management career, Michael personally advised more than 5,000 clients and oversaw assets surpassing $450 million. His hands-on, strategic approach helped create a legacy of leadership, learning, and success.
